Musicians, actors, athletes are also individuals with experiences and perspectives that can inspire or activate positive change. Sure, their main talent might be what they’re famous for, but that doesn’t mean their opinions on important matters are invalid. Dismissing their voices entirely just because they have a certain job is a dumb idea.

Don’t agree completely. Celebrities are people too, they can use their voice to do good and activate people with regards to politics. Kinda cruel to just say “focus on what you’re known for, which is a pretty face. I don’t care about anything else that makes you human”

I have no skin in this game, but wouldn’t it make more sense if you have one community for your “ships”, and then if it gets too busy / crowded you splinter it off?

I say this because creating 3 communities for the same thing (fanfic) but a different flavor (the 'ship) might make it seem like empty communities. Unless you plan to populate all communities with content all the time.
