I can beat that. in 3 months I went through 4 legion pro laptops. it took 4 tries to get one that wasn’t broken in some medium to catastrophic way. this was my first and possibly last Lenovo experience.

I’m a senior full stack software dev for over 20 years and I still search and use stack overflow links the same way as always. fuck your copilot licenses. they are not necessary and any productivity gains they bring are more than negated by the social and environmental impact from data centers and AI fueled job losses.

good grief. we have lost the basic decency of punctuation.

the author is recognizing that the definition has been unfortunately forced to change due to misuse.

I think it’s fair to be frustrated when language is forcibly changed by lazy misuse. We are losing words due to declining literacy and trying to push back on that shouldn’t be seen as a worthless effort.

Obviously at some point numbers win over and then we have folks like you who have gotten comfortable using terms incorrectly and arguing that the definition has changed. And it has. But that doesn’t make it a good thing.
