Und wenn du Mal durch die Audio Aufnahmen scrollst hört man ganz gut, ob du eine regelmäßige Atmung hast oder nicht. Ich glaub, theoretisch kann die App auch warnen, aber wenn es das nicht tut, würde ich mich da nicht drauf verlassen.
