6·6 months agoI recently found a very nice extension called uBlacklist. It allows you to block sites from search results in most of the popular search engines, that one was literally the first I blocked.

True, but it’s like reading a news report about a bear attacking an RV of a working class family on holidays parked in a road and then people on the comments saying “yeah screw those billionaires, go bears!”.
Yeah, this one is really annoying, unless a bilionaire is going to sail on a sailboat with less than 15m, they are never going to get one. People cheer when orcas sink a sailboat but most of them are from middle class families, equivalent to an RV.
24·8 months agoNice, more e-waste… Also, if it’s just streaming from the cloud, how is it so expensive? Its on the same range as a steam deck.
27·8 months agoLinux gaming is at a point where the only games that don’t work are the ones being actively blocked by the developers, mostly through anti-cheat systems. Just install a stable distro like Ubuntu or Fedora, and use Steam, Lutris and/or Heroic to manage the games and compatibility layers needed for them.

9·9 months agoMaybe he meant years from his home planet… But how shitty sequels tend to be lately, maybe its for the best.
The only thing an orca gets by getting near a yacht like that is shredded by its propellers, or shot… Orca attacks mostly target small to average size sailboats from your average Joe.
