    Oh no. Not for Caches. It’s doing fine. A lot of activity on the site you won’t see unless you have the right NFTs. Admittedly the public groups and forums lack engagement. I suppose I did fail at attracting my own community tho… I sigh because I’ve been trying to warn everyone about this exact scenario for several years now. Unfortunately no one listened, or maybe no one cared. I dunno. Done thinking 'boutit. I do know it was inevitable tho. I’ve seen it a dozen times with my online communities before. Now everyone is scrambling around trying to figure out what to do. Sigh… A legit attempt was made on my part at least. I tried harder than I ever have before to save this one at least…

    So like guys. This most recent hack of all my stuff broke me, like mentally and financially. Like literally, I’m gonna have to sell my house and move into a van down by the river, but I am still committed to Caches. I don’t have any money right now, because they won’t take anymore plasma from me this week, but I would love to have anyone and everyone come over there and talk about Ethereum, science, technology, crypto’s, mental disorders, your favorite molecules, whatever… Like I got all the features of Lenster, GM, and all those wanna-be’s going on. Stop paying for follower NFTs and waiting lists just to make a blog post. You can do that for free, with no lines at Caches.

    Look, I have like negative several hundred thousand dollars to offer you, but what I can promise is that if you help me build this thing, I won’t forget you. I have some good ideas to make some money but I need a small, rag-tag crew that will also send me canned foods every once in a while to make it fly. 696, bro, you’re an excellent writer. I need you and your canned corn homie. KBrot, you’re super smart … like way smarter than I’ll ever be. I need that, and any cans of tuna fish you can spare. I’ll eat the dolphin kind at this point, I’m too hungry for ethics rn. Btoast, MrVodnik, I’m ok with spinach or lima beans, but more importantly I could also use your help at Caches.

    Hey y’all, I even totally released the source code so you can laugh at me behind my back. Or you can laugh at my front and use the Forums. I removed the link previews and video/twitter embeds so it’s a mostly text based affair in there now. A few bubble heads and badges, but 95% text. Groups still have animated GIFs, embeds and everything you expect from modern resource heavy social media, but if you’re a homotextual like me, you don’t gotta venture over there if you don’t want.

    Stuff I’m working on right now:

    1. Making connections for monetization WITHOUT the need for ads all over the place.
    2. Outreach to some bloggers I’m a big fan of to see if I can kiss their ass wet enough to write and give me cans of sardines.
    3. Finding a buyer for my organs to keep the hosting bills paid
    4. Working on a Feature Guide for all the things you can do at Caches.
    5. Better moderation tools/controls
