I watched a YouTube video where a dev was optimizing unity code to match the size of data that is sent to the cpu using structs just like this.
Oh man, sad that’s the customer service cause I deeply love my loops. I was already carrying them with me everywhere I went so I grabbed a pill keychain thing and attached them to my keys so I’d never forget to grab them.
I’m a backend dev and the last 3 companies I’ve worked for are exclusively apple only. It feels, to me, like apple took over US tech startups. Obviously pretty poor sample size.
Australian, just like their toilets spinning water the other way.

The joke in Team America is that the destruction they’re trying to prevent be 9/11 times 1000. Well, covid had gotten us to almost half at 1.2 million. https://www.pnas.org/doi/epub/10.1073/pnas.2313661121
He and his administration helped covid kill many people directly and indirectly by sewing doubt in the CDC.

Good for you!
I bought a roll of nylon thread that’s so strong I can’t rip it with my hands. Been using it to mend so many cheap seams and am always so proud of myself.

I’m most of the way there except jet brains… I just don’t have it in me to spend the years it’ll take to become as familiar with a different tool.
He was watching it for the story!

I used to argue on r/libertarian or r/conservative, not to change the other person’s mind, but to add a different opinion to the thread. I doubt I ever convinced the other person of anything, but hope I got other people to think a bit more about some of the policies being advocated for.

USA, tech start-up. “unlimited PTO” and probably about a month’s worth per year. Also full WFH but that’s because of a medical exemption.
While I’m at my desk, I work extremely hard but don’t usually work more than 35ish hours per week as I my brain can’t sustain much more.
