Da mich das auch aufregt, kannst du dem Arsch noch eins aufdrücken. Bewertungen sind ein Anfang, aber eBay entfernt die auch auf den Wunsch des Händlers. So lange eBay mitverdient, sind sie Kulant zum Verkäufer. Dem Händler kannst du aber direkt mit einer DSGVO Klage drohen, da er deine persönlichen Daten an Amazon weitergegeben hat. Nach meiner Erfahrung wird man dann gern mal direkt beschimpft… und dann hast du was in der Hand um Account sperren zu lassen. Dazu nochmal bei eBay melden, bei Beschimpfungen ist man weniger tolerant und vor DSGVO haben auch alle Angst.
