You can pay for something like protonmail, get a secure private email account, and point your domain to it to keep the address. However you need to make a backup of all your existing emails first I’m not sure if you can port them to your new account. It’s worth asking the support team of protonmail or tutanota

I’ve just started using cloudflare and self hosting, I have applications running in docker containers on separate ports, I setup a frontend with caddy on a separate board that only hosts caddy and reverse proxy to the apps and cloudflare in front of it all. Seems to work pretty well
