Bin gespannt wie sich Cosmic bzw. Pop_OS! entwickelt, bisher scheint da eine gute Option für „schaut her…“ zu entstehen. Zumindest wirkt es auf mich so. Das es jemals die eine Vorreiter-Distro geben kann bezweifle ich, zu viele Menschen haben unterschiedlichste Anforderungen.

Mit Tumbleweed und Xfce bin ich soweit sehr zufrieden, wobei meine Anforderungen an PCs inzwischen minimal sind. Bisschen Gaming und Frickeln geht problemlos, andere Dinge finden auf anderen Geräten statt. Windows ist für meine Anforderungen nicht mehr notwendig.

I totally agree - Apple invested alot of cash and time into this, just take it and make it better here and there. Just a few steps left :)

They should simply find the courage to implement Apples Human Interface Guidelines. It wont hurt and they are almost there anyway.
