Must be a Europe thing, I see listings this very moment for some under $100 that can fit a whole chicken.

We’re clearly thinking of or seeing different products. The older glass convection ovens I used to see were in the $300-$400 ballpark in the US back in the 90s and early 2000s, where as typical air fryers here are all sub $100 unless you are getting a “fancy” model that includes some sort of “grilling” or rotisserie functionality. As you are referring to prices in euros, I can only assume that we had very different marketed products.
Calm down Dahmer
You could do stuff like that with the older DOS versions of Norton Utilities. I used to do fun stuff like set my friend’s files as the drive label. He thought I was basically a wizard.

I can totally see EA pursuing this just because of their inner evil.

Same here. That is in my top 3 soul crushing Black Mirror episodes. The others are “15 Million Merits” and “White Bear”. It can be hard to watch that show, especially the older seasons.

Once word got out, we got such an influx of people driving in from other larger counties that they had to ban them except on a specific day.
The magic of “air fryers”, other than a good marketing name, was that they were also much cheaper that those awesome glass convection ovens and were not targeting a higher class demographic.
Once Fedex lost a gait trainer to help my disabled daughter learn to walk. They then fought me for 6 months to stonewall me on getting reimbursed. When I was finally going to get my money back (it was quite expensive), it shows up at my house broken and now my daughter was too big for it anyway. I did find a local therapy center that said they could use some of for parts for their other trainers at least, but I was out nearly a month’s pay. Fuck Fedex forever.

My wife has celiacs and a dairy allergy, so she is one of the rare people that actually can make use of these things, but I get you. I almost feels lazy, like they were just trying to combine all food issues into a single product to appeal to as many people as possible, while forgetting to make the food taste good.
I am pretty impressed that it can power 80ohm Beyers (DT770?). I finally had my old phone die and I was forced to get one without a headphone jack. I listen to music on a little MP3 player called a Mixxtape now. It definitely can’t power my Beyers properly.

On the other hand, it is difficult for most people, myself included, to garner sympathy when you see someone with a 4.4 million dollar home.

The panhandle is most definitely closer to “Lower Alabama” in hindsight. Funny enough, we did call the other part of north Florida “South Georgia”.
So, basically always then? Yeah, me too :)
