    Yeah I am Bayern fan but I am hoping that arsenal wins the league which I is why I am here.

    I do think if there’s clubs that can do it it’s gotta be us / Liverpool / Manchester United with the massive extremely online Anglophone fanbases lol.

    The problem is there is no German speaking community for Bayern Munich either. It is just that people from the fcbayern subreddit never moved to lemmy - the height of irony that fanbases who have fought for the right to have control over the club are sticking with a platform over which they have no control

      tbf there’s not much control here either, it’s just that this platform isn’t actively doing a bunch of shitty exploitative stuff lol.
