Her campaign crew is taking anything the other side throws her way and flipping it over to her advantage. It looks like they are doing it quick enough to direct the narrative a bit.

It’s nice to see the Dems being closer to proactive. (As opposed to sitting for weeks doing nothing)

Maybe have a narrative about what the roles would likely be, if neither were politicians, and they were to meet in court.
Chances are Harris would be the prosecutor, and Trump the CRIMINAL trying to defend himself.
There is no doubt which of the two are on the right side of the law and morality.

being a prosecutor does not automatically put you on the right side and being a felon does not automatically put you on the wrong side

you comment as if you never had to talk to a prosecutor before

most of them will attempt to make you less than human while putting themselves on a righteous pedestal while conversing with someone

not defending Trump but putting prosecutors on the side of good on a binary playing field is slippery slope

I specifically write that Trump would be the CRIMINAL. No doubt about who is on the right side, because of course we want criminals to be prosecuted, dont we?
I have now changed CRIMINAL to be in bold capital letters, so it’s easier to see.
Being a CRIMINAL is different from being accused. Which is what you respond to.
Remember Trump is a CRIMINAL, already judged on 34 felonies, despite his heavy attempts to claim presidential privilege, and delay cases on and on.
Without the privileges chances are that he would have been found guilty already in many more cases.

being a prosecutor does not mean you are automatically on the right side nor does being a criminal automatically put you on the wrong side

Harris needs to downplay her role as a prosecutor and try to rise above it

places like Georgia with Cop City might not see a prosecutor as a positive nor would a family that has been torn apart by prosecutors and laws/legislations such as the 94 Crime Bill

people fighting for the civil rights movement were in the wrong in the eyes of the police and prosecutors but they were not wrong on law and morality

law and morality are not defined by prosecutors or law it is defined by votes from citizens otherwise it is not a democracy
