I wouldn’t take mine or others experiences as the norm, if you’re diagnosed I would discuss with your psychologist to be sure either way.
You are 100% right, and I know it… But I’m bad at taking care of health stuff, going to doctors, etc… I’ll try, that’s the best I can say. :)
