    Only a tiny fraction ever get that deep, and that is the sample size you need to compare against deaths.

    That is true, but the video is titled “Why Are Beach Holes So Deadly?” which to me seems like rather all including and vague framing.

    Yes he clarifies which types of holes are dangerous at the end of the video, but i think that part (which is the safety critical one that could make this a good PSA vid) belongs at the start of the video.

      I agree, the title is probably a bit hyperbolic, but the more honest “Why are Deadly Beach Holes So Deadly?” just seems like tautology.

      Unfortunately clickbait and SEO Optimization is required to be successful on youtube these days. I dont really blame the creators for it.
