i really don’t think americans understand how wild it is to outsiders, even the concept of a strip club is absolutely insane to me as a swede. I’ve never even seen a dedicated sex shop, only “adult toys” discreetly tucked away behind the counter at a grimey tech chain that went out of business a while back.

I think what sets of the alarm bells in my head is that it’s specifically the theme of the place, if you don’t make it about tits but still exclusively hire stacked waitresses it feels way less uncomfortable, assuming you also skip the fetish uniforms…
