Then OP is also ignoring the 80’s and 90s sitcom superstars like that 70s show and Roseanne, Family Matters, the Cosby’s, and Step by Step, where this also wasn’t the dynamic at all. In fact, id say most sitcoms didn’t follow OP’s meme.
