You’re selling me on this system.

I love paying taxes in my country because I know it goes to pay for our health service and helps people in need when they need it. One day I might need that help.

Honestly you sound like a horrible person if all you care about is yourself. The only thing I don’t like about paying taxes is that the wealthiest and corporations do their best to avoid paying their fair share.

Sounds like you would turn someone away from help because they haven’t paid enough into a system they never asked to join. A society should be judged by how it treats its poorest or weakest.

Who says I’m angry? I’m having a great day and life is fine.

You can be upset at the current system without being angry my guy.

The system I described works like that. Most people go to work and pay their taxes and that helps the few that can’t or won’t. Although that last section is fluid and changes over time.

In a perfect world, it would take a village. Although, we don’t live in a perfect world- and without people to do the work. The village wouldn’t exist.

        Because of people like you.

Who said people wouldn’t work? Most people would go insane without contributing meaningful work. Just because you would be a lump on society doesn’t mean the rest of us would; you’re the exception and not the rule there. It’s ok though, the rest of us will still take care of your needs.
