Ukrainian track and field athlete Yurii Mochulskyi has died defending Ukraine on 29th August. He was only 28 years old.
Yurii was abroad when the full-scale invasion began but returned immediately and joined territorial defense. After being wounded, Yurii returned to the frontlines once more.
Eternal glory and eternal memory to Hero.
I appreciate these types of stories because they really humanize how awful war is.
