I placed an important medicine somewhere safe for when I ran out of the bottle I was using. Well, I got down to the last three pills in the bottle I was using and couldn’t find the bottle I put somewhere safe for 2 days. I was close to just seeing if my doc could send in a fresh script that I could get filled. I tore my whole house apart and the bottle was in my bathroom cupboard the whole goddamn time.
That’s what adhd is like

Then, after searching the entire house for it, you find it in that spot you stared at for 10 minutes.
I like to scream at the object in an exaggerated accent to relieve stress.
