On the night of February 18, 2024, the Russian occupying forces attacked with 6 S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles (Donetsk), 3 Kh-22 cruise missiles (Voronezh), an Kh-59 guided air missile (Zaporizka), as well as 14 has shock drones of the “Shahed” type (Prymorsko-Akhtarsk, Kursk).
💥 Anti-aircraft missile units and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine, as well as electronic warfare equipment, were involved in repelling the air attack.
As a result of combat work, 12 “Shaheeds” and one Kh-59 guided air missile were shot down within the boundaries of Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, Kirovohrad, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
Around 6:00 a.m. soldiers of the “Eastern” air command landed another Russian plane - a Su-34 fighter-bomber in the Eastern direction.
