Everything in your tags is either the pinephone, #blessthedevs, or software. Your pic showed a keyboard, mouse, monitor and presumably some other goodies.

edit- oh are you askig the accessories? um… just a bunch of stuff i’ve hoarded. xiaomi mi mouse, some cheap no name usbc monitor (says hiearcool), some cheap foldable keyboard…unbranded, and some battery my mom got me for xmas
