Yeah, this guy is so small in the grand scheme of everything that it feels like a “Really?” more than anything. This dude could have developed bombs (unlikely since this mostly gets contracted), but he also could have been designing water projects. It’d be like killing a DMV employee. Don’t they, among other things, maintain a lot of the canals that the US uses to handle freight (at least until the summer time, when the rivers dry up for mysterious reasons)
