    Yeah I think you’re right about that but still it could be that at that point the doctor hadn’t decided about the Klingon yet and was just starting to figure things out…by the end the doctor had to have decided to kill him instead for let things up to chance…it doesn’t make sense for the Klingon to not be trying to find out which federation soldier killed all his men and be trying to use his new ambassador position to figure things out because of he wasn’t he wouldn’t have gotten so close to the doctor…
