Obviously you don’t want corruption but the fact that Joe isn’t richer shows how much of a dupe he is. To do the things he’s done and to say the things he’s said without taking a huge monetary pay-off is something else. He hits up his son for money, he puts his kids on the boards of companies so he can get paid. Yeah he’s wealthy, but not wealthy like a Pelosi or other person making sure they get paid for their soul. Joe sold his soul for free. For a pat on the back. For people to make dark brandon memes and ice cream. That makes him a sucker.
Honestly anytime it’s revealed how much senators take as bribes it’s always comically low like $10,000 or some shit money like that. Like you’re literally killing the world and everyone on it for less than a brand new vehicle? Why the actual fuck are you even being corrupt for you fat little cooch.
