Try having something to drink. I often find that a headache when I’m tired is often caused or at least made worse by dehydration.

i always try drinking extra when i have a headache but it never ever helps anything, it just makes me feel a bit sick from having drunk too much water and makes me take a piss more often.

It’s important not to chug a large amount all at once, it will take time for it to help with a dehydration headache either way and drinking it more spaced out a bit will prevent you from feeling sick. Having to pee more is just part of the price that comes with staying hydrated sadly, but I’d take that over the effects of dehydration.

This. Get a water bottle. Staying hydrated is so much easier when you can just take a gulp here and there throughout the day

Take a 1mg melatonin around 10pm to get a decent night’s sleep. Then the next day, stop drinking caffeine after 3pm and make sure you stay under 400mg. The reason why is because caffeine has a biological half life of roughly 6-8 hours. This means that if you consume 300mg at 3pm, you’re still going to have roughly 150mg of caffeine in your system at 10pm. It’s still possible to sleep after drinking caffeine, but the sleep quality gets worse, so you’re still tired when you wake up.

I get migraines a lot that last all day and make it really hard to get to sleep. It’s become very satisfying to wake up after a few hours from the pain, take an Excedrin, and feel it actually take effect.

(No idea why painkillers don’t work without the sleep that also doesn’t work)
