    Different people require different amounts of sleep. If you feel rested after 5h that’s good, but if you only aim for 5 because that’s the maximum you can achieve in your current condition and you don’t wake up feeling rested then you might wanna see a doc. Take care of yourself, you only have this one body!

      I don’t need a doc. I just need more time in a day and a job closer to where I live.
