If you’ll notice, for the last 3+ years the only time the Biden admin recognizes trans people it’s either Biden reading some prepared words or whoever runs his twitter account says something very mildly supportive. Nothing ever off the cuff, much less any policies that actually protect trans people.
The last off-the-cuff reference Biden made to trans people was, afaik, responding “at least three” when asked how many genders there were by a chud provocateur on the campaign trail.
