I mean Angola don’t have the best (read: have one of the worst) human rights records, not too far behind the DRC, so I’m not sure I’d trust what their president says on cooperating given he’s a seasoned pro at exploitation so is probably pretty numb to it
That said, I’m not going to pretend to know more than a reasonably clued up Angolan neutral but they’re probably too busy being oppressed and or killed to form an opinion.
A lib friend of mine responded to me posting a link about China building schools in Afghanistan. She said “imperialism is imperialism, whether it’s building schools or dropping bombs”.
