Politically and economically, yes. Militarily, don’t be so sure (assuming it’s not a direct attack on a NATO country). The risk of nuclear escalation at that point would be immense, and buttholes would be clenched worldwide. A firm and non-nuclear-escalatory response is guaranteed.
