If Biden took advantage of the recent Supreme Court decision to use an official order to parody the Supreme Court and be legally immune, I would vote for him, no questions asked.
He’s a democrat so he would do what Obama did and after he merc’d all of the justices he’d wait to replace them until he loses the election to Trump. Trump would then ensure that every seat in the Supreme Court is even more reactionary than they are now.
