Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) AdministratorĀ Michael ReganĀ clashed with conservative firebrand Rep.Ā Lauren BoebertĀ (R-Colo.) during a tense House hearing ā asking her if she understood the Supreme Courtās ruling that overturned a legal precedent known asĀ the Chevron deference.
Boebert, duringĀ an Oversight and Accountability Committee hearing Wednesday, asked Regan whether the EPA would repeal any āunconstitutional regulationsā enacted by ārogue bureaucratsā because of the decision.
In response, Regan asked her, āDo you understand the ruling?ā

I think itās a reference to Jasmine Crockettās āBleach Blonde Bad Built Butch Bodyā comment indirectly directed at MTG. Although I donāt think Boebert has ever bleached her hair. Her look is unique enough that she might be the exception and the one woman who doesnāt have to bleach her hair to get her Fox Commentator gig after losing her seat.
