I genuinely don’t think they’ll end up in the top 7 next year. No matter who joins and I know everyone wants to say the city group will send x or y but they really can’t do much.

It is the same thing which happened to ajax, monaco, etc when they had their impressive seasons. Nothing one can do to prevent it in the current footballing environment where the biggest clubs have orders of magnitude more spending power.
