At the Olympic Games in Paris, we can see that some athletes are struggling with the heat in France. In some countries, such as Italy or Spain, there are currently some warnings about extreme heat.

I know how it sounds, but half cheap red whine half blue Gatorade works! It’s a poor man’s sangria
And here I was, thinking Tetra Pak sangria is the poor man’s sangria.
The real poor man’s sangria is a random collection of bulk fruit “juices” fermented and then back sweetened shortly before consumption.
We used to drink vodka mixed with Gatorade when I was clubbing. It helped with the hangovers.
