About 1/3 of Canadians want it, just over a third want it but are worried it won’t be an improvement, and just under a third don’t want it

      And unfortunately we vote accordingly

I’m legitimately afraid at the idea of my parents growing old at the same time our healthcare system is falling apart. I can’t help but feel I will see them (and others) needlessly suffer due to lack of availability and affordability of healthcare sooner than later.

It’s nice that you want healthcare, but the Irvings want low taxes. New Brunswick has a representative democracy, if you’re a member of the Irving family, at least.

It’s frustrating to see: decades of underfunding, and now we get a “shrug” followed by “we’ve tried everything except funding the system adequately, and we’re all out of ideas”.

    New Brunswick Headlines in 2040:

Everyone fighting to bring back public health care

Once you get lots of people who can’t afford basic health care … everyone will be crying real tears for what they lost.

It’s a free country and we can and support whatever we want … as long as you can afford it.
