I would rather fair wages, but this works too, I guess.

    Yeah, screw that. For starters, screw things to make 20% the new average amount. Percentages don’t change with inflation. 40 years ago a normal tip was 10%. Then up until recently the “normal” was 15%. Now people like you are trying to shove it up to 20 or more? Why? Thanks to inflation on food and restaurant prices the 10 or 15% is already a much larger amount.

    Not to mention, screw entitled staff that do piss poor work and still expect the same tip as otherwise.
