It’s funny as the older you get the more the “bare minimum” becomes. I remember my first professional job and complaining about that weak workload. These days I handle exponentially more with work and I have to take care of a house/raise a child at the same time. You get so used to the weight you barely notice it.
Still there are moments I feel like a lazy piece of crap. It’s all normal.
