There is a wide scale of people more and less vulnerable to being cheated. Trump has decades if experience finding out which is which. He cheats, but not everyone, that’s just an oversimplification stemming from how much we all rightfully enjoy insulting him. The nuance remains important though, since you wouldn’t want to inaccurately predict what might happen in the future based on an overgeneralized perception of reality.
