Lawyers for former PresidentĀ Donald Trump on Thursday asked the judge in hisĀ Jan. 6 prosecution to keep a stay in place for a month so that the defense and special counsel Jack Smith can file their āimmunity appendicesā at the same time ā after the 2024 election has come and gone.
On Oct. 10, several days afterĀ Smithās immunity brief went public, U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan ruled that the prosecutionās redacted appendix should also go public since Trumpās āāconcern with the political consequences of these proceedingsā is not a cognizable legal prejudice.ā At the same time, the judge stayed her order and gave Trumpās team seven days to āevaluate litigation options.ā
Seven days later now, the defense has responded by asking the judge, a Barack Obama appointee, to keep the stay in place until Nov. 14, claiming āthe public has been poisoned by a one-sided prosecutorial narrative.ā

completely unrelated, but that photo has a striking resemblance to a roommate I had a very long time ago. Itās not her, but itās pretty eerie how close it is.
Read an article in the 90s, probably not a thing anymore, but some scientists believed there were only 150 face types in the world, which kinda rings true to me.
The rest of the differences are hair and eye color, fat or thin, etc. Wonder what facial recognition researchers know?
And yeah, apparently I had a doppelganger roaming Tulsa in the 90s. I met people who were shocked to see me and friends were shocked to see the other guy. Sounds like our social circles were almost touching.
It doesnāt work in the 90s as we didnāt all have smartphones but if that happened today Iād beg my friends to take a photo of/with them
