    So he wants to make sure AI can continue to be used for all the nefarious hateful purposes his cult members require, but at the same time wants to create tarrifs on imports that will make it difficult if not impossible to do so… Sounds about right for him

    Of course he does. Don’t you guys remember 2016-2020? When presented with any possible choice, the trump administration will always choose the most damaging one possible. Just accept it. Get used to it. Or you’re going to go crazy.
