White woman at my work has been making my job harder for 9 months now over a thing that should’ve taken 3-4 months
Now I have a meeting with her and possibly my boss and a random manager Wednesday because she’s convinced a mistake I made was to purposely piss her off, instead of me just making a fucking mistake that I corrected based off how someone else told me to correct it

If my boss can make it ill have the most important person on my side, if she can’t it’ll be like an hour of passive aggressive bullshit and/or white woman tears if I try defending myself because why the fuck are you 30 and taking things so personally at work
it’s amazing that white woman tears don’t work if you’re not a white woman, let me go into a meeting and start crying over real racism and bigotry and no one will care but kkkaren will cry over a slight that has to be targeted now i’m talking to hr
Right like I wasnt allowed to cry over shit I decided to take personal for no reason, my tears are “unprofessional” and don’t get rewarded
Also the cracker who told me how to make the correction and signed off in approval of said correction doesnt have to go to the meeting like let’s stop acting like it’s over the actual mistake and not one sided beef
Yeah that’s some real bullshit, you have a signature of someone in a position of power signing off on something, that shit is a done deal that’s not on you anymore. Otherwise why tf would you need a signature in the first place. Yeah they got you on some bullshit rn, but i hope it gets better or they listen to what you gotta say
