    Idk what he’s talking about, IME they are usually on wheels to ease in servicing them.

    That said they’d still likely be placed there for operation, they don’t get moved to use, they get moved from where used to clean, empty, check line, replace line, etc.

      i remember ours rolled out a few feet from it’s nook, we had to pull it out every week to change the fryer oil and clean it. The wheels had locks on them. I do not remember if anyone had to detach anything first though just how gross that sludge would be after a week.
