What are the chances the Saudis have a torture prison just like that one in Syria?

Many such cases of people being tortured or even killed in different prisons: Abdullah al Hamid, Loujain al Hathloul, Nimr al Nimr, Ali Mohammed Baqir al Nimr, Dawoud al Marhoon.
