It’s nothing to do with religion. When you fetishise identities you don’t belong to, it can be helpful to listen to people who belong to those identities, so you can fetishise us respectfully. I do dislike the current monotheistic understanding of gods and religion, which is more what the comic is clowning on. It isn’t about any physical entities walking the earth, but the untouchable concept of an all powerful capital G god.
