What legal risk? Musk is unelected and his office is a fairy tale with no legal authority or protection.
Well it does appear that everyone who has vaguely pushed back has been fired.
I’m unclear whether musk himself is issuing the terminations, or if it’s coming from trump.
If it’s coming from musk, I’d tell him to pound sand and just keep working as best as I can until I’m officially fired.
