Mullvad. Control D. AdGuard. ETA: This usually doesn’t work on YouTube. Sorry for any confusion. Works decently enough for other ads at least.

Firefox + Ublock also work on mobile.

DNS filering alone doesn’t work for YouTube in my experience.
