Every major journalism outlet is owned by a billionaire who if not an outright Republican, leans right of center. The only journalists that are allowed to do real journalism these days are publishing to stuff no one is reading because it’s not a major trusted name. Journalism is currently dead, I think it can be revived, but it’s not exactly likely.
The Guardian? The BBC? Axel Springer? Private Eye? etc etc
Journalists exists all across the globe - what has happened in one country cannot be said to be happening in every other country on the planet. There are hundreds of non-billionaire, non-Republican, non-USian outlets.

BBC is definitely not going to report anything damaging to the masters, can’t speak for the others.
