hi everyone, my audio interface is on (and thus drawing power) but it’s not being detected by my computer as an input output device, thoughts?
p.s. it worked just fine with a usb a port and the usb c cable im using does transfer data

Basically, anything. The most basic step is seeing if your computer knows the device has been plugged in. If you see anything new in
dmesgit means there’s a data connection going on and you can read the output and diagnose from there. If you don’t see anything after plugging, it’s probably a hardware issue with the port.
