      Yeah ofcourse. Most people use their smartphone/tablet as their primary and sometimes only digital device. Many laptops dont have ethernet ports anymore and even if they do, how would you know what it is if nobody tells you. All modern consumer networked devices like printers, TVs, lights, cameras, etc work over WLAN.
