Yup gaslight the kid into believing he had a choice and that hat doesn’t just look into every future to determine the best outcome for the hat’s personal amusement.
Dumbledore doing this is why those Slytherin kids turned out evil.

I have no idea, thats how i found it. Its the only mentions apart from “student” that could suggest that the people are children, so thats probably why. I hate this version of the internet.
