The game has ACE anti-cheat that blocks it from running on desktop. They’ve made an exception for steam deck to let the game run, but it seems like it only works with the LCD deck. A very odd situation
Yeah, looks like one of those gacha games, so I really don’t think OLED Deck or desktop Linux users are missing literally anything whatsoever.
I really wanted to play this before I knew it was predatory and manipulative gotcha garbage.
Anti cheat notification on the store page is effectively an anti buy for me.
Weird. Wonder if since the steam deck is a single device they just allow a SKU or some shit lol and didn’t update it for OLED.
That’s my guess, that they’re looking for a specific hardware identification and the OLED was overlooked.
Which also means that it’s probably decently easy to fake if you really want to.
